The Unearthing, A Stillwater Minnesota movie production

At the September 4, 2014 Rotary meeting, Mr. Scott Novotney and Ms. Jenna Novotney presented the making of the movie, The Unearthing.  The film was created by Tristan James Jensen, a 17 year old Stillwater Area High School student and was produced by the Stillwater Film and Theatre Corporation.  Mr Novotney, a standup comedian, played the role of the father in the movie and Ms. Novotney played Gertrude, the ghost of the historical Stillwater Prison warden's daughter.  The movie is a hour long drama and thriller.  The movie was self funded, all actors were volunteers and it took two months to film.
