Upcoming Event
The St. Croix Valley Women's Alliance presents a free documentary screening and community conversation. 
 
"Fix It - Healthcare at the Tipping Point"
Thursday, May 10th from 6:30-8:00pm
Zephyr Theatre, Stillwater 
 
The documentary takes an in-depth look at how our dysfunctional healthcare system is damaging our economy, suffocating our businesses, discouraging physicians, negatively impacting the nation's health, and remaining unaffordable for a third of our citizens. 
 
 
 
Meeting Reminder
On May 17th we will hear from national award-winning journalist and author, Jim Kosmo and his topic will be "Happiness is a Choice".    Kosmo's newest book, Monsters in the Hallway, is a mystery novel based on his childhood in Eau Claire, WI.  It is a 2018 winner of two Reader Views Literary Awards, a national IPPY Award for Mystery/Thriller, and is a finalist for the Midwest Book Awards.
