Club Dues
The Stillwater Rotary Club collects $170.00 per member per quarter for dues. This fee includes the following:

Members who qualify are afforded a status of "Senior Excused." These members are billed $48.00 per quarter for dues only (and a $3.00 processing fee) and are billed for meals only when they attend a meeting. This same structure applies to members on a "Leave of Absence." Both of these special status' have specific criteria and require board approval. It should be noted that the club pays for dues to district and international for all members even if they have not paid their bill to the club. It is important the dues be paid timely. If a member wishes to resign from the club, a written request should be submitted to the president, who will present to the board for appoval.
The Club is offering the option of ACH processing (direct withdrawal from a designated checking or savings account) as payment for dues effective January, 2007. Members will receive a statement as usual by the 10th of the month. Dues will be automatically paid between the 15th and 20th of the month. Statements will include an entry for the date of withdrawal: ACH payment.
Members may also receive dues statement via email rather than regular post by notifying the treasurer of this preference. (See the attached forms) ACH Processing and Authorization Agreement.
