Last week's program included a Member Profile from Keri Bischoff, and an update on the Sparks! Social Enterprise Camp from Tom Triplett.
Cogwheel Connections -- Keri Bischoff
Keri Bischoff (one of our newest members) is a Gallup Certified Strength Coach and teaches the Strength Finders Philosophy to group, business, and individuals.  The Stillwater Area Foundation (an affiliate of the SCV Foundation) has used strength finders.  Keri has been married to Tim for 37 years, and enjoys cheering on her favorite team -- her family.  Keri has four beautiful daughters - Libbie, Luci, Alyssa and Maggie, and recently received the best present of all -- a granddaughter.
 
 
 
Youth Social Enterprise Camp
The Stillwater Area Foundation is now taking applications for its first-ever Sparks! Social Enterprise Camp for high school students.  Sparks! Social Enterprise Camp is open to students living within the school district 834 boundaries who will be juniors or seniors in high school during the 2017-2018 school year. Students attending Stillwater Area High School, private schools, charter schools and home schools are encouraged to apply. Up to 20 students will be accepted into this year’s inaugural camp.   There are also opportunities to volunteer as and Instructor (during the camp) and as a Mentor (after the camp).

 

Additional information and applications for Sparks! Social Enterprise Camp are available at local high school counselors’ offices, and at the Stillwater Area Foundation website: stillwaterareafoundation.org.  Questions about the camp can be directed to foundation board member Tom Triplett by phone 651-222-0239 or email tom@triplettconsulting.com. Applications must be received by May 1.
