Last Week's Program

We congratulated Rex on receiving his Paul Harris Fellow award (x2!) and Shannon for her sponsorship of Anne Anderson. 

         

 

Our speaker was Jay Riggs, District Manager of the Washington Conservation District (WCD).  Their mission is to enhance, protect, and preserve the natural resources of Washington County.  The WCD has been around for 75 years.  Jay discussed the work they are doing with farmers to be compliant with new buffer laws.
